1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the zeus22 website accessible at https://zeus22.pro, including all subpages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered a zeus22 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful completion of the zeus22 registration process.
• "Funds" means the balance of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held within a Member's Account at any given time, comprising deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, free spin credit, or cashback amount credited to a Member's Account by zeus22.
• "Real Money Funds" means Funds deposited directly by the Member via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which zeus22 verifies a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are offered on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.
• "RNG" means a certified Random Number Generator, the technology used to ensure that all game outcomes are statistically random and independent of prior results.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or at zeus22's sole discretion.
• "Force Majeure Event" means any circumstance beyond zeus22's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, or civil unrest.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a zeus22 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zeus22 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the Member is under 21.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and must access the Platform from within a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual, company, or organisation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of zeus22, nor an immediate family member (spouse, child, sibling, or parent) of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by zeus22 or any recognised responsible gambling organisation.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not have had a previous zeus22 Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one zeus22 Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. zeus22 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any associated winnings or bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. zeus22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. zeus22 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification. Before a Member's first withdrawal can be processed, zeus22 is required to complete a KYC identity verification check. This process typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. zeus22 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have the request cancelled.

3.5 Account Currency. All zeus22 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). zeus22 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Funds held in your Account are denominated solely in IDR.

3.6 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. zeus22 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 to inactive accounts after providing written notice to the registered email address. Members may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and contacting customer support.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zeus22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels in Indonesia:

4.2 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Members' funds. zeus22 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees. zeus22 charges no withdrawal processing fees for fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside zeus22's control and remain the Member's responsibility.

4.4 Maximum Withdrawal. The standard maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Members wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of this limit must contact customer support in advance to arrange a scheduled payment series.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. zeus22 is committed to preventing financial crime. zeus22 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or a violation of these Terms. All suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required.

4.6 Deposit Integrity. Funds deposited into a zeus22 Account must originate from a payment method owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits from third-party sources will be returned and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by zeus22 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of claiming, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount on eligible games before any withdrawal can be requested from the associated balance. Bets placed on certain game categories (typically table games and live casino) may contribute at a reduced rate towards the wagering requirement; the applicable contribution rates are set out in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds not used or wagering requirements not met within this period will be forfeited automatically.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. zeus22 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; colluding with other Members; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.5 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While Bonus Funds are active in a Member's Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game is Rp 100.000, unless the applicable promotion specifies a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus play is active may result in winnings being voided.

5.6 zeus22's Right to Amend Promotions. zeus22 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a promotion will not have their earned progress affected by a subsequent amendment, provided they have not violated these terms.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the zeus22 Platform use certified RNG technology and have been independently tested for fairness by the respective Game Provider. The published theoretical RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel within the game interface. zeus22 does not modify any game's RNG or payout settings.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting. zeus22's sportsbook covers a wide range of sports markets including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia matches (Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualification), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting) is supported across all major football markets. Odds are subject to change prior to the event starting. All accepted bets are binding once confirmed by the system.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided by zeus22 if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period; a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being displayed; or a result cannot be verified from an official source. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Account as Real Money Funds.

6.4 Disputed Game Results. In the event that a Member disputes a game outcome, the matter must be raised with customer support within 7 calendar days of the date the outcome was settled. zeus22 will review the game log and RNG records for the session in question and issue a determination within 5 business days. The decision of zeus22's technical review team is final on matters of game outcome.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction during a game session, zeus22 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a reliable reconstruction is not possible, the game round may be voided and the bet amount returned. zeus22 is not liable for any purported wins arising from a technical malfunction.

7 Responsible Gaming

zeus22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all Members. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account dashboard. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: At intervals set by the Member, a pop-up will display current session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may take a break from the Platform for a self-defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but login is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-excluded accounts are closed immediately and cannot be reopened.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the zeus22 Platform — including but not limited to the zeus22 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of zeus22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

8.3 Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider. zeus22 does not grant any rights in Game Provider content beyond those necessary for normal gameplay.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 The zeus22 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While zeus22 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, zeus22 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zeus22 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from a Force Majeure Event;
• Losses resulting from the Member's own negligence, failure to maintain account security, or violation of these Terms;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers, Game Providers, or telecommunications networks outside zeus22's direct control.

9.3 In all circumstances where zeus22 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of zeus22 to a Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arose.

10 Termination & Suspension

10.1 Termination by Member. Members may close their zeus22 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 3–5 business days, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by zeus22. zeus22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• zeus22 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point;
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The Member has registered more than one Account;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed zeus22 to restrict the Account;
• Continuation of the account relationship would, in zeus22's reasonable assessment, present a reputational, legal, or financial risk to the Platform.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for cause, zeus22 may void any outstanding bets, forfeit Bonus Funds, and withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld Real Money Funds will be returned in full.

11 Governing Law

11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied by the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction zeus22 operates.

11.2 Zeus22 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. Members access the Platform of their own volition and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. zeus22 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

11.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute between a Member and zeus22 arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to zeus22 customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to formal arbitration proceedings under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by zeus22 at the time of escalation.

11.4 zeus22 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members by email and by a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
